| Ferdinand is a Founder of http://www.propertyzote.com. He started the website as a Hobby in June 2007. The idea was born out of frustration when (at that time), he searched for property himself with the then existing Kenyan websites. Most Kenyan websites he used for searching property lacked reliable content and property listed was usually out of date.
To make the situation worse, when he attempted to contact the agents, the agents never responded or made any attempts to provide any feedback. Due to this let down, he went on a mission himself to create a website that would be reliable particularly for Kenyans in diaspora. The rest is history- to read more click hyperlink below

He graduated from Griffith University, Australia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Aviation science. He has since been involved in many projects and has worked for a number of companies in Australia. In 2011, due to significant success of propertyzote.com, Ferdinand together with his brother Louis also founded short term accommodation website, hotelzote.com. The website now has over 350 hotels, serviced & unserviced apartments, holiday rentals and safari destinations in East Africa. http://www.hotelzote.com |

He graduated from the University Lucerne, Switzerland with a master?s degree in mechanical engineering. His work include leader of a development team for electro optical air defence system and after immigrating to Australia he became plant manager in a textile firm, manager of the computer section in an engineering firm. Eventually he started up his own company in health and fitness, telemarketing, data base management system and investment systems. |

Since then Buble Nest International has become part of Propertyzote taking the role of Publicity and Marketing Contract consultant.
Grace has a wealth of experience in the media field, marketing, sales and events management for the last 12 years respectfully.
Her experiences spurs from working with blue chip companies among them Nation Media Group, Standard Media, and Brandvalue LTD before stepping out to deal with international and local companies, brands and clientele on the publicity and events management forums.
