• We do not deal in properties without proper documents. All plots, land and houses we advertise have proper documentation.
• We are available to attend to clients (both sellers and buyers) every day including Sundays and some public holidays and our mobile phones are on 24 hours a day.
• We do not need advance notice to take clients for sites inspection. We have sufficient man power to take clients to view properties any time between 7.00 am – 7.00pm including Sundays and some public holidays.
• For sellers, we always demand to see the original documents and the real owner of the property to be sold. We do not deal with third parties or agents.
• We consult local leaders, neighbors and relatives to see if there are no wrangles or encumbrances to the property.
• When a client views and appreciates any of the properties we advertise and expresses interest to buy, she/he pays a commitment fee, then the property is put off the market. The client is then given photocopies of the land title to do a search. Once the client is satisfied with the results of the search/investigation, then she/he pays the final balance direct to the land lord. Refund of commitment fee is done in a period of less than one month if the deal is not concluded for whatever reason.
• When the client fails to pay the final balance in the given deadline period, the property is put back to the market.
